I was involved in an injury accident. I had been drinking. The prosecutor charged me with a felony and was not willing to deal with any lesser pleas. I found myself in quite a predicament back in Jan 25, 2011. I was introduced to Attorney McCarthy by my brother in law who knew i needed a great attorney. He took me to meet Attorney McCarthy and he listened. I explained to him that i was involved in a political smear and was being was being accused of embezzlement from 5 years prior. Attorney McCarthy watched me very carefully as i told my story, not judging, but listening, listening to every word. His firm at first did not want to take my case, but Denis believed me and knew i was being railroaded. We moved forward and 2.5 years later i was acquitted on all five charges. First impressions are very important when contacting an attorney. Upon my initial call, I was impressed by the responsiveness and assistance provided by Denis' office staff member, Darcy. She was certain to obtain the necessary information regarding my case and ensured that I was able to speak and meet with Denis in a timely fashion. She made me feel like my case was as important to her as it was to me. My initial meeting with Denis was via telephone. He listened intently to all the facts around my child custodial/domicile case.
